Here is a new case of immediate implant placement combined with chairside fabrication of sealing Socket abutment to close, supports and guide soft tissue healing. The goal of this workflow is not only to remain minimally invasive during the surgical single step but more importantly to maintain soft tissues for optimal emergence profile.
