Emergence profile, 3 month FU - final impression time

Here is what happened after patient had tooth extracted 45 years ago...

Pain, Mobility, Deep Probing Depth... Think extraction is the wiser decision here

After Atraumatic Extraction, Implant is placed (Straumann WN 4.8X12)

digital workflow... Implant impression can be taken at the time of surgery without any contaminants... Just some lights technology... (cerec, Ominicam)

Sealing Socket Abutment is designed in order with a concave transmucosal portion to allow space for proper biological space. The occlusal part of the healing abutment matching with anatomical tooth outline...

After milling, SSA is bonded to Cerec to ti Base with adhesive cement...

After one week, soft tissue looks healthy !! ;-)

6 weeks FU

Looks like lab tech could replicate emergence profile perfectly!!;-)

Final insertion

Upper implant (27) and lower implants (36-37) were placed considering to allow proper prosthetic space.
