A very long 2 hour appointment and all canals MB ML D canals located through the existing crown. MB and ML= X2 and D=X3 Irrigation sodium hypo 6% EDTA 15% GP and sealer used to fill canals (2nd radiograph) look at the lateral anatomy associated with the periapical lesions which encompass the root end! 3rd radiograph 13 month review and healing is underway. Despite small apical sizes healing is going well and the patient has good dentine remaining! #workinglengthmoreimportantthanworkingwidth
