Vertical ridge augmentation with Ti-mesh (no fixation)

A vertical defect at 45 area noted.Ridge augmentation performed with Ti-mesh,FDBA,and collagen membranes.No fixation. Implant fixtures were inserted post 9 months and the bone is hard. The Ti-mesh was easily adapted and removed.
