Inflammatory radicular cyst treated with intra-socket decompression for relieving symptoms followed by enucleation with preserving membrane. Due to inflammation of the membrane and all on six planification, grafting procedure wasn’t necessary. Two weeks after removing sutures a provisional prostheses was fabricated; and after anterior sockets' healing, the patient will be ready for implant insertion.
