Laser-assisted minimally invasive periodontal nonsurgical treatment had been treated for 14 and residual deep pocket still existed at buccal side.Coronal advanced flap applied with SCTG to increase the soft tissue width and EMD was used to help tissue regeneration.Occlusal adjustment and splinting were also performed.
