Man 45 years old in good general health. The patient presented fracture of 1.1 tooth and very thin buccal bone.
To avoid gengival recession and buccal plate collapse I applied Socket Shield technique in which a partial root fragment was retained around an immediately placed implant.
An immediate loading provisional was applied to condition gum.
Final rehabilitation after 3 months with screwed zirconia-ceramic crown.
