Socket shield on premolar

Woman 40 years old in good general health. Fracture of 2.5 tooth. The patient required aesthetic rehabilitation so to prevent buccal plate collapse I applied Socket shied protocol , using 2.6 tooth, that needed prosthesis, for supporting provisional . Final rehabilitation with single zirconia-ceramic crowns on 2.5-2.6 , screwed on 2.5 Implant .
