Root canal ttt of lower second molar with a strange extra root !

-The extra orifice was located midbuccaly on a C-shaped ithmus between the mesial orifices & the distal orifice .. may be some sort of ~ radix paramolaris ~ -PTU was used for shaping -Endoactivator for irrigant agitation -Warm vertical compaction with AH plus for obturation :)
