Regenerative microsurgery with EMD and FDBA for upper molar grade III furcation involvement

26 with grade III furcation involvement and mobility II was found in a 55 y/o healthy women.Minimally invasive surgical therapy was performed with Er,Cr:YSGG laser assisted under microscope.EMD and FDBA then applied. The bone density was improved and no mobility post 6 months.Minimal gingival recession was noted.
