Prosthesis overdenture

The case involves an overdenture prosthesis connected to spheroidal attachments on Teflon sheaths applied on very fat and medullary bone implants and with a thin ridge, where guided bone regeneration was necessary. the final torque reached is 25N / cm. the load of the prosthesis was applied after 7 months.
