Non-surgical treatment for perio-endo combined lesion with photoablative and photodynamic therapy

The case was only treated by SRP(scaling and root planing) with diode laser assisted.Root canal treatment was then done without any surgery.And antimicrobial photodynamic therapy was applied in maintenance phase. The most interesting is the healing process of soft tissue at palatal side without gingivectomy or crown lengthening procedure.
