Multidisciplinary approach

Good morning everyone With a multidisciplinary intervention performed of 13 with a longitudinal fracture and a six-month wait before the implant and gbr surgery, reopening after six months for graft control and healing caps application. Load with fixed fixed prosthesis (implant crowns joined and detached from the crowns on the natural abutments) eight months after grafting. Rigorously cemented components (2p implants Bone system performing in d3-d4 bone). Case completed and cemented today.
