This is a minor part of total rehabilitation (the first stage of full work) which is the production of mock-up for a patient with long-term wearing. Full rehabilitation is planned after half a year when the patient will be financially ready. So, we worked on wax-up to produce a model and key for composite build-up; then we restored the upper teeth with aesthetic composite. The wax-up model will help in future ceramic restorations; and for now the patient can feel comfortable for half a year. We all know that when working on the key and having teeth defects up to the gum level, there are problems with superposition of the rubber dam. The clamps will prevent us from fitting the key, and the handkerchief will not allow the key to fit tightly on the neck. There are many ways to solve this problem - this is one of them. As always, we need a fluid composite and a wedge! Joke, today without a wedge will do! Press the handkerchief to the sky and hold the composite strip between the two clamps, gleam and get a pressed handkerchief to the palate. The key is already calmly becoming without resistance. Also, a little pulling a handkerchief to the top, we shed a strip to expose the vestibular parts of the necks of teeth as much as possible and then we glow. Time for this procedure can be 2 minutes, but the cost is dependent on the cost of fluid. The main thing is that we can work in optimal conditions to fit the key, the matrix and not be afraid that we will get leaks. Hermetic restoration is the key to successful follow-up procedures. Представлен вашему вниманию только этап полной работы: изготовление мокапа длительного ношения, т. к. пациент финансово будет готов на ортопедию только через пол года. Итак, был получен воксап, частично мы уже реставрировали зубы на верхней челюсти и нам предстоит по ключу смоделировать композитные билдапы так, чтобы эстетически они не намного уступали будущим керамическим реставрациям и пациент мог пол года комфортно себя чувствовать. Все мы знаем, что работая по ключу и имея дефекты зубов до уровня десны, есть проблемы с наложением коффердама. Клампы нам будут мешать припасовыванию ключа, а платок не даст плотно прилегать ключу по шейкам. Есть масса вариантов решения этой проблемы - вот одно из них. Как всегда, нам нужен текучий композит и клин! Шутка, сегодня без клина обойдемся! Прижимаем платок к небу и проводим композитом полоску между двумя клампами, отсвечиваем и получаем прижатый платок к нёбу. Ключ уже спокойно становится не имея сопротивлений. И также, немного натягивая платок кверху проливаем полоску вестибулярно максимально обнажая шейки причинных зубов, отсвечиваем. Временных затрат - 2 минуты, финансовых - зависит от стоимости текучего. Главное то, что мы можем в оптимальных условиях работать припасовывать ключ, матрицы и не бояться, что получим подтекания.
