Increase orizzontal volume with GBR (guided bone regeneration )

Increase in horizontal volume following avulsion complicated by fracture due to the presence of a previous metal abutment pin. Gbr with bone chips taken from the implant tunnel with a compacting drill, heterologous bone (0.5-1mm granit, cancellous + cortical mix) and pericardium membrane after application of 3.5x12 implant (type 2p bone system) with cemented abutment.
