Endodontic treatment of lower left second molar 🦷

34 years old male patient came to us with pain related to lower left premolar- Molar area .. patient reported pain to the newly fabricated PFM crown on tooth 🦷 no#36 After thorough clinical examination and history collection from the patient Rx: Showed Old metallic restoration with pulp approximation Thermal test : +Ve Dx:Chronic pulpitis Access cavity was performed after removal of the old metallic restoration using round Bur & Tapered stone with rounded end Copious irrigation with Naocl 5.25% BMP: Canal negotiation & Smooth Glide path was done using Hand Files #10&15 Complete BMP was done Fanta Af one blue files (Flat sided ) Irrigation protocol: Naocl 5.25% , 17% EDTA solution & warm saline Irrigation was activated using Af-Max irrigation Activation Files By Fanta Egypt 🇪🇬 🇪🇬🇪🇬 Greetings from Egypt 🇪🇬 🇪🇬🇪🇬
