31 years old female patient was referred to me by a colleague suffering from deeply cavitated lower left second molar 🦷 no#37 After thorough clinical examination and history collection from the patient Dx:Chronic pulpitis Access cavity: Lesion Driven Access cavity was performed using round Bur & Endo-Z Bur under copious irrigation BMP: Smooth Glide path & canal negotiation was done using Hand Files size 10,15 Complete BMP was done using Fanta Af one blue files By Fanta Egypt 🇪🇬 Irrigation protocol:Naocl 5.25% ,17% EDTA solution & warm saline Irrigation was activated using Af-Max irrigation files by Fanta Egypt 🇪🇬 Greetings from Egypt 🇪🇬 🇪🇬🇪🇬
