41 years old male patient was referred to me by a colleague suffering from badly mutilated lower left second molar 🦷 #37 After thorough clinical examination and history collection from the patient Dx:Chronic pulpitis Access cavity: Lesion Driven Access cavity was performed using round Bur & Tapered stone with rounded end size 14 Thorough pulp chamber excavation was done using sharp spoon excavator & under copious irrigation of Naocl 5.25% BMP: Canal negotiation & Smooth Glide path was done using Hand Files #10&15 Complete BMP was done using Af- one blue Fanta flat sided files Irrigation protocol: Naocl 5.25% , 17% EDTA solution & Warm saline Irrigation was activated using Af-Max irrigation file by Fanta Greetings from Egypt 🇪🇬 🇪🇬
