35 years old male patient was referred to by the prosthodontist with severe pain related to lower left molar area related to Newly fabricated PFM fixed prosthesis After thorough clinical examination and history collection from the patient Dx: Acute pulpitis Access cavity: After removal of the Fixed prosthesis Conservative Access cavity was performed using round Bur & Endo-Z under copious irrigation Pulp extirpation & Canal negotiation was done using hand files #10&15 Smooth Glide path was done using Hand Files #10&15 BMP was done using Mpro files Irrigation protocol: Naocl 5.25% , 17% EDTA solution & warm saline Irrigation was activated using Af- Max Irrigation Files By Fanta Egypt Greetings from Egypt 🇪🇬 🇪🇬🇪🇬
