This is a healthy 47 y/o female patient with no smoking.35 was removed due to root fracture.Implantation was then performed 1 month later with simultaneously GBR.FDBA and collagen membrane applied with primary closure.Fully keratinized tissue was seen post 6 months and implant fixture exposure with intact buccal bone.
