Apical tough ledge 😔

Rettt of lower 6 with an old obturation starting deviation from the original pathway ,, precueved manual then precurved rotary CM files are used to bypass the "ledge" and prepare the canals.. Continues wave of comp is used for obturation.. Note the canal is not exiting from the radiograhic apex ,,but early thanxx for E.apex locators 😊
