Старая пломба из хим композита, резорцин. В начале провожу эндоперелечивание, внутрикоронковое отбеливание -опалесценс эндо, и реставрация спустя 2 недели после последнего подхода отбеливания, для восстановления качества адгезии. Для повышения яркости в топографии околопульпарного дентина, используем композит повышенной опаковости Ceram-X DB, оттенок дентина Ceram-X D3, оттенок эмали Esthet-X A2, прозрачный оттенок Esthet-X YE. Все эти оттенки выкладываем с соблюдением анатомической топографией слоев и побугорково. А что касательно формы, то здесь совсем все просто. Когда имеем соседние зубы с сохранившейся анатомией или зубы противоположной стороны, то мы просто копируем эту анатомию. Когда нет признаков анатомии, то мы пользуемся своими навыками моделирования анатомически правильных форм зубов, т. к. форма - это функция. #RomanAliev An old chemical composite seal (Resorcinol): in the beginning, I made endo retreatment, intracoronary whitening (Opalestsens endo) followed by restoration after 2 to confirm the quality of the adhesion. To increase the brightness in the topography vasodentin, I used opaque composite (Ceram-X DB) and dentin shade Ceram-X D3, followed by enamel shade (Esthet-X A2) and transparent shade (Esthet-X YE). All these shades were used in compliance with the anatomical topography of the layers and function. I focused on the form, and all others can be very simple. When we have the adjacent teeth with preserved anatomy or the opposite side of the teeth, we simply copy the anatomy. When there are no signs of anatomy, we use our modeling skills to anatomically correct shape of the teeth, form of this function. #RomanAliev
