Оба премоляра подготовили под коронки, на моляре решили обойтись заменой реставрации с перекрытием тонкой эмалевой стенки мезиального щёчного бугра. Чаще всего скалывается именно эта стенка при отсутствии дентиновой поддержки во время жевательных движений. Both premolars were prepared for crowns, but the molar's restoration was decided to be replaced with an overlapping thin enamel shield of the mesio-buccal eminence.
